Notice: All Lighters are shipped completely drained of fuel. Lighters are examples of HAZMAT products that are frequently sold at Park-Lane Tobacconist and Cigarsandpipes.com. The FAA restricts and regulates HAZMAT shipments. If a customers shipping address conflicts with FAA regulations, the order will be modified without notification for one or more of the following reasons. HAZMAT is an abbreviation for “Hazardous Material”.

Due to FAA regulations, HAZMAT products are prohibited from being shipped to certain addresses. Lighters must be shipped via ground parcel services and therefore cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and international orders. Due to FAA regulations, lighters must be shipped via ground parcel services. Deliveries to a P.O. BOX address requires shipment through the US Postal Service. Utilizing Priority Mail and First Class is prohibited. Therefore, a physical shipping address must be used.
